Refund policy

I do not offer refunds. Everything here is a printed book, and once it has been posted it cannot go back on the shelf.

Before you order

Read a free sample, so you can see the tone and the contents before you spend anything. The link is on the homepage and on every book page.

Damaged or wrong orders

If your order turns up damaged, or it is not what you ordered, email a photograph to melissa@BetterSelfBetterLife.com. I will send a replacement, at no charge.

Orders that have not arrived

Check the tracking link in your shipping email first. If it says delivered and you do not have it, email me and I will sort it out.

Cancelling

If you need to change or cancel an order, email me before it ships and I will take care of it.
